With over 30 years of leadership experience, my journey has been centered around guiding volunteer teams. Imagine overseeing 170 volunteers, coordinating 80 positions, and managing 30 weekly events—a testament to the value of clear objectives in effective team leadership.

Beyond volunteerism, I've delved into AVL integration, collaborating with integrators to support the worship environments of some of America's largest churches. It's where technology and spiritual expression intersected, allowing for a blend of creativity and purpose.

Currently, I find myself leading a local faith community and providing coaching to individuals navigating life's challenges. Additionally, I work with organizations, helping them enhance employee engagement and move forward collectively. As a Certified Working Genius facilitator, I love conducting the Working Genius workshop, helping teams discover their unique strengths and improve their collaboration.
