Working Genius workshop for non-profits | Board Retreats Austin
Pre and post workshop briefing with the team lead will focus on building a strong friendship cohort. Participants will complete a Working Genius assessment prior to the workshop. The interactive facilitated session will explore each person's genius, competencies, and frustrations, contributing to their personal development coaching.
