Meet Your Facilitators
David has devoted most of his career to building and developing healthy, sustainable teams. He’s a big fan of author, Patrick Lencioni and is a certified Working Genius Facilitator—he’s passionate about helping people discover what energizes them at work.
Lynn is an author, speaker, and group facilitator, known for her love of well-crafted processes and a good checklist. She brings clarity and organization wherever she goes.
David and Lynn have been married for 34 years. Outside of work, you’ll catch them exploring local wineries or enjoying sunsets from their back patio. Even though they’re very different personalities and never imagined working together early in their marriage, discovering Working Genius has given them a new appreciation for each other and the joy of collaborating.
Working Genius workshop for non-profits | Board Retreats Austin
Pre and post workshop briefing with the team lead will focus on building a strong friendship cohort. Participants will complete a Working Genius assessment prior to the workshop. The interactive facilitated session will explore each person's genius, competencies, and frustrations, contributing to their personal development coaching. Team mapping will help reveal collective strengths and gaps. We will also discuss practical applications to current organizational challenges and projects. An action plan for immediate implementation will be created, along with follow-up resources and optional coaching support.
